SQPreprints

SQPreprints is an online archive and distribution service for preprints in the sciences (Biology, chemistry, physics, medicine, computer, environment, etc). It is operated by Shuangqing Academic Publishing House Limited.

An article may be deposited in SQPreprints in draft or final form, provided that it concerns a relevant scientific field, the content is unpublished at the time of submission, and all its authors have consented to its deposition. Authors wishing to deposit manuscripts must first register on the site. There is no charge for registration.

SQPreprints is a source of technical information and should not be used to distribute other kinds of content such as news, product advertisements, or policy statements. All articles uploaded to SQPreprints undergo a basic screening process for offensive and/or non-scientific content and for material that might pose a health or biosecurity risk. Articles are not peer-reviewed before being posted online. No endorsement of their methods, assumptions, conclusions or scientific quality by Shuangqing Academic Publishing House Limited is implied by their appearance in SQPreprints.

Articles are not typeset before being posted online.

Articles appear in SQPreprints in the order in which they were received. They are retrievable via the web interface at no charge.

SUBMISSION FORMAT

The simplest way to deposit a manuscript on SQPreprints is to upload a single word file including the text and any figures/tables.

TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION

After an article is deposited in SQPreprints, it is citable and cannot be removed. The copyright remains with the author.

CITATION

Preprints deposited in SQPreprints can be cited using their digital object identifier (DOI). Each article uploaded to SQPreprints will be charged a DOI operation service fee of $19 dollars. Please pay $19 dollars to our designated account according to the method described in our email (you can pay by Payal or transfer by swift code). After you have successfully paid the DOI registration fee, please send the screenshot of the successfully paid web page (or the voucher photo of the successful transfer) and the article's ID to the following email: paper@qingpress.com. The preprint journal's editorial assistant will complete the fee collection confirmation within two working days and complete the publication of articles and DOI registration within five working days.  Articles that have not paid the registration fee will not be published.

LIST OF PUBLISHERS' PREPRINT POLICIES

Before publication, most research journals allow posting on preprint servers such as SQPreprints. A list of journal policies can be found on Wikipedia and SHERPA/RoMEO. Authors should consult these lists and other sources of information before posting on SQPreprints.

Open peer review system

The author can choose whether to adopt the open peer review mechanism. Suppose the author chooses to allow open public peer review in uploading the manuscript. The website visitors can comment on the manuscript, and the comment content will be published on the web page. Suppose the number of peer-reviewed comments exceeds 30, and 70% are positive comments. In that case, the author can choose to submit the article to the official journal of Shuangqing publishing house to obtain a simplified publishing process.
